I'm Félix, an engineer passionate about creating useful, accessible, and efficient software.

I am currently working at the National Museum of Natural History (MNHN), where I am responsible for redesigning the citizen science mobile application INPN Espèces, which enables users to contribute to the national biodiversity inventory.

My ideal tech stack would include tools like:

• for a web frontend
  • sveltekit with typescript
  • tailwind
  • shadcn-svelte
• for a mobile frontend
  • flutter
  • riverpod
  • isar
• for the backend
  • a BaaS like supabase
  • a headless CMS like directus
  • or a fast custom backend with axum, hono or elysia, and a postgres db

Besides programming, I enjoy spending time outdoors running all kind of trails, cycling long distances, skiing up and down mountains and growing our family vegetable garden.

I care deeply about free/libre/open source software, social justice and sustainable mobilities.
